SuperAntiSpyware has spotted a unique trojan entitled Trojan.Agent/Gen-Krazy. This appears to have altered one customers computer within the registry and will allow only limited boot time in "safe mode" and will not boot to Windows but will restart with the "blue screen of death".
If you see this trojan scan with all your malware removers because this can be accompanied by other malware that has been discovered on this particular laptop repair.
