Beware of Valentine Spam

Valentine spam has already began as reported in a blog on Symantec's website. PC Virus Doctors would also like to warn about possible malicious scripts buried in the emails that may deliver malware. Once an email is opened the script is generated that can be the beginning of the end if users do not have proper anti-virus or other anti-malware installed to notify users of potential problems or to actually stop malicious activities before they have a chance to gain foothold.

A good practice is to not allow oneself to be duped by emails or tempted to open them by just checking those boxes and reporting them as spam or simply deleting unsolicited emails. Refraining from these 'tempting Valentine's offers' may easily save a computer repair or laptop repair.
