Windows 7 Family Pack Announced

Microsoft is listening to the public in regards to households with multiple PCs. In a WindowsTeamblog (linked in this blog title) released Tuesday, there was confirmation that indeed a "family pack" for Windows 7 would be distributed but little other details were confirmed except that the license would include a total licensing of three (3) personal computers. This is a very exciting news release for PCVDs Dallas Computer Repair customer-base that uses multiple computers in their homes.

This may be a winner for families with multiple PCs without having to buy individual licenses and may have the potential to take existing PCs and upgrade the operating system although some hardware upgrades such as RAM may be needed if not absolutely necessary as it seems all progressive upgrades to any software solution requires more disk space and RAM necessary to keep the system running at its potential.
