Computer Repair Shops Violate Customer Trust

PC Virus Doctors' Dallas Computer Repair recently gained knowledge of computer repair shops that have invaded customers private files and passwords to financial institutions, social networks and email accounts.

Let it be said and written here: Our customers data will never be compromised for any reason without the customer being fully aware and have instructed PC Virus Doctors to seek private information for the purposes of data retrieval.

An undercover investigation found that when a new laptop was sent to a repair shop for "repair" that the technicians were viewing and even copying private data. Investigators rigged the laptop with hidden spyware and cameras to capture all moves the technicians made. In order to get the faulty laptop running, the technicians simply had to 'snap the chip back into position'; reseat the chip.

One computer repair shop told the customer that a new board must be purchased at what appeared to be retail cost. Several computer repair shops were caught in England and only one repair shop was honest in the whole assessment and did not charge anything for the fix.

PC Virus Doctors' Dallas Computer Repair have been continuing to repair computers and laptops around the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex in an honest and expediant fashion.
