Malware Shaming on Personal Computer Users

PC Virus Doctors have seen an increase in the Reveton malware that displays a splash screen and freezes the computer with the splash screen sometimes showing an FBI logo and demand for ransom money, also known as ransomware. The new scam involves porn images that are now replacing the FBI fake logo scheme, according to PCWorld.

The malware can be very difficult to remove with often times the hard drive must be pulled and worked on. This technique may not always have the best results as cleaning the viruses and trojans may not be 100%. Upon booting the splash screen may be gone but now the screen is just blank with either boot file corruption or just a blank splash screen where computer access is still not possible after the "cleaned" drive has been reinstalled in the original desktop or laptop.

Users experiencing their computers with porn images frozen upon booting can call PC Virus Doctorsfor immediate assistance.
