PC Virus Doctors is able to move data from older computers to your new desktop or laptop. A new folder can be created on the desktop and the old information can be transferred over to the new PC. Folders may be transferred without any loss of data as long as the hard drive integrity is sufficiently holding the data. The old folders under "usernames" are typically where all information is stored (minus application data):

- My Pictures
- My Folders
- My Music
- Outlook or Outlook Express
Any other data can be transferred to the new unit as needed by the customer. Data can also be extracted to an external drive such as a flash drive or larger hard disk external drive.
